The General Program
provides a basic introduction to Buddhist view, meditation and practice that is suitable for beginners. It also includes advanced teachings and practices of both Sutra and Tantra. You can find these classes under the weekly classes menu above.
The Foundation Program provides an opportunity to deepen our understanding and experience of Buddhism through the systematic study of six texts. Please click on link above for more information.
The Teacher Training Program is for those who wish to make a deep commitment to spiritual practice and become qualified teachers of Kadampa Buddhism. TTP Students are required to observe a number of commitments and to complete several meditation retreats throughout the year. Please click on link above for more information.
