Lamrim Retreat
January 1 - 8, 2012
This guided meditation retreat illuminates the joyful path to enlightenment, and is ideal for newcomers, those familiar with Lamrim, and those wishing to discover (or rediscover!) the magic of meditation. Lamrim helps us to cultivate beneficial states of mind and gradually reduce and let go of harmful states of mind. What a wonderful way to begin the new year!

Sunday, January 1st, An Introduction:
The Lamrim Retreat begins with an Introduction to the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment. This is a perfect way to set the foundation of your retreat, whether you are engaging in the whole week, a few daily sessions, or just exploring the idea of Lamrim. January 1st, from 7 - 8:30 pm, at 1583 Pacheco Street.

Retreat Cost:
$10 for Sunday Introduction
$5 for each retreat session, $15 per day, or $50 for the week.
Come to any or all sessions according to your schedule.
