Foundation Program
If you’re attending general Kadampa Buddhist classes and find yourself wishing to explore Buddha's teachings more closely, with a group of like-minded students, you might enjoy Foundation Program (FP), the next step in deepening your practical experience of Buddhadharma. FP is a systematic study program under the guidance of our Resident Teacher.
FP classes include:
- Guided in-depth meditations
- Commentary to the text
- Group discussion
- Chanted Prayers
- Question & answer opportunities
- The company of spiritual friends
We are currently studying Meaningful to Behold by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
We meet on Sunday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with a dinner break from 5:45 pm to 6:30 pm

Students wishing to join FP must first arrange an interview with our Education Program Coordinator.
