Tushita KBC is a Buddhist meditation center offering scientific methods for improving our human nature and qualities through developing the capacity of our mind. The year-round program of teachings, meditation courses, and retreats caters to people from complete beginners who seek simple relaxation to advanced practitioners who wish to find lasting inner peace and contentment through following the Buddhist path.

The program at Tushita KBC is dedicated to the attainment of world peace through offering practical methods to develop inner peace.  We are a Kadampa Buddhist Center, founded by world renowned meditation master, teacher and author, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.  

The Center is dedicated to helping you find happiness from within your own heart and solutions to your problems through following Buddha’s advice.
